Carolyn Usher brings over 20 years of experience in public involvement, administration, and client relations across both public and private sectors to Precision CMA. Ms. Usher is uniquely skilled in developing public involvement programs for projects ranging from community parks to large infrastructure initiatives, from early concept through planning, environmental review, design, and construction. Experienced in local, regional, and state regulations, with a strong track record coordinating between clients and government agencies.
Raised in Southwest Florida, she has a deep-rooted connection to the communities she serves and a passion for helping them grow, stay informed, and be heard. Dedicated to amplifying voices that often go unheard, Ms. Usher bridges the gap between communities and governing agencies by creating clear, reliable lines of communication. She believes in the power of a single, trusted point of contact to ensure transparency, understanding, and progress.
Her strengths include her attention to detail, innovative communication strategies, and ability to connect with people through empathy and awareness. With extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local government processes, she skillfully manages contractual requirements, documentation, and project administration while supporting proposals and compliance efforts.
